Space Shuttle Endeavour Flyover

Been awhile since my last post.  I took another trip up to Alpine, with the folks, last weekend that I still need to put together.  I'm in a procrastinating mood.  I'll try to work on it this evening...maybe.  In the mean time I thought I post some pictures of Space Shuttle Endeavour's flyover of Tucson.  The shuttle was being flown to California where it will be displayed as a museum piece.  They decided to flyover Tucson in honor of Gabrielle Gifford.  Her husband commanded Endeavour's final mission last year and asked if they could buzz Tucson to honor his wife.  Talk about pulling some strings!  I worked a night shift last night.  So I was lucky enough to have just gotten up and checked the news to see that I needed to be outside in five minutes to see the event. So I raced outside in my flip flops and sunglasses with camera in hand.  Here's what it looked like from my house.  Probably won't see anything like this again in my lifetime.
